Erik Fulkerson is a general partner of MAPS Capital Management. Erik has over 25 years of corporate experience and highly skilled at strategy and business development;
bridging high tech invention to full-scale production, bringing innovative solutions to complex scenarios, and corporate organizational arcitecture design and development.
Erik is the Chief Operating Officer for Chava Energy and was formerly a Corporate Vice President in the Aerospace industry. He was also Executive Vice President with Horizon Capital Mgt., . He has had prior positions as Vice President of Business Development, Director of Contracts, Contract/Proposal/Program Manager,
and Supply Chain Manager.
Erik has received numerous commendations, achievement awards, and citations from the Air Force, Army, and others and was bestowed with the highest individual excellence award given by Hughes Aircraft Company. He also taught Government Contract Management, Negotiation, and Finance. He was a certified instructor for both the Raytheon Learning Institute and the Hughes Institute for Professional Development. He was one of a select group handpicked by Hughes Aircraft Company to lead the corporate wide implementation of SAP R3 and other ERP solutions. Erik has held the highest of government security clearances with an EBI(SCI) and DoD Top Secret-SAR(SBI).
